Hire Sync is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Wellington, OH. The role offers paid training, a starting pay of $16.00–$17.00/hour with a $0.75/hour shift differential.

Typical hours are 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with no prior manufacturing experience required and a chance to grow with a company that invests in its employees. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to process customer parts according to work instructions
• Load, unload, and handle parts and materials throughout the production process
• Inspect finished and in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify parts
• Perform routine quality checks and accurately document production results
• Move materials and work-in-process products within your assigned work area
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Perform basic equipment care and maintenance as trained
• Identify and communicate quality or production concerns
• Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
