Job summary

Honest Origins, a division of Trinidad Benham Corp., is seeking a Machine Operator for the Antioch facility. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining machine operations to ensure quality for wholesale/retail packaging.

The position offers 2nd shift from 1 pm to 9:30 pm with opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have experience as a machine operator, strong safety record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Strong safety and sanitation history.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and shift flexibility.
• Good communication with supervisors and co-workers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some mechanical ability and prior machine operator experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift.
• Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers between products.
• Record production output and downtime accurately.
• Record and maintain Quality Control throughout the machine process.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and production environment per GMPs.
• Complete SQF documentation and related tasks.
• Operate the cook room, blending and packaging processes as needed.
• Frequent forklift operation including stand-up and sit-down lifts.
• Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning as required.
• Occasional plant sanitation duties.
