Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corp in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a machine operator for our Arizona Flexible Packaging division. You will run and monitor packaging machines, keep lines stocked, and ensure quality and safety.

This is a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:15pm-2:45am) with a $1 shift differential. Training is available, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Machine operators run a variety of different machines for our flexible packaging business. They make sure everything is working correctly, and keep our machines stocked and running throughout the shift. Machine operators must be safety-minded and have good attention to detail to maintain the quality expected by our customers.

**This is 2nd shift schedule Monday - Thursday 4:15pm - 2:45am with $1 shift differential when working 2nd shift hours.

Don't have experience? We will train!

WHAT WE NEED

• Experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably in a production/warehouse setting


• Ability to meet daily productivity expectations


• Basic math skills


• Aptitude to learn PLC controlled packaging machine


• Must be able to read and complete required paperwork


• Ability to stand for a 10 hour shift and lift 50 lbs unaided
