Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned foods company, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Chicago Heights, IL. You will operate casting equipment to produce ice cream cakes, ensure safety and quality, and support the line under leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of machine operation, with basic Excel/Word skills. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years machine operator experience required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated with sound judgment in day-to-day decisions.
• Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Willingness to manage others and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casting materials and set up workstations.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing a high quality product.
• Perform tasks to maintain smooth production flow.
• Identify hazards and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Assist Lead as needed on the line.
• Comply with GMP and safety and food safety standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
