Job summary

Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, is hiring a Machine Operator to mold ice cream cakes on the assigned line at our facility in Romeoville, IL. You will help ensure safe, sanitary production and meet quality standards while supporting the Casting Lead.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years related experience and/or training in production.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Maintain safe, sanitary production area and follow GMP.
• Know how to operate pallet jack and palletize cases per BOM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casting materials and set up workstations.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently delivering high-quality ice cream products.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, cost-effective production and quality standards.
• Assist Lead in supervising molding cakes on the line.
• Follow safety practices and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
