Express Employment International (US) in Cary, IL is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to operate high-speed automated production equipment and monitor quality. The role emphasizes maintaining production efficiency and accuracy in a clean, team-based environment.

The position offers $19.50 per hour, Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM – 12:30 AM, with a focus on safety, data entry, and traceability using handheld scanners and PC systems.

Competenze

• > Basic math and computer skills required for data entry and production tracking.
• > Strong attention to detail and focus in a fast-paced environment.
• > Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• > Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• > Lift up to 25 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.

Mansioni

• Monitor and operate multiple high-speed automated production machines.
• Perform visual and gauge-based quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Load materials, fill hoppers, and thread tubing onto machinery as needed.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records using PC systems and scanners.
• Conduct product testing and ensure traceability through handheld scanning devices.
