Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift production worker to package and move parts through the coating removal process. The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, forklift familiarity, and solid reading/communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating procedures).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with Managers, Supervisors and peers.
• Working knowledge of ISO, OSHA and EPA regulations preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Package product for shipment.
• Move parts through stripping, wash bay, RP, dry-off ovens and packing area.
• Load hand baskets and rotate parts between baskets.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safe handling practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support compliance with SDS and government regulations.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
