Job summary

Precision Coils Enterprises LLC in Brownsville, TN is seeking a TN Machine Operator Grade 2 to join the 2nd shift. You will set up machinery, load inputs, run changeovers, and perform daily maintenance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift familiarity, the ability to read decimals and fractions, and strong attention to detail. Prior machine operator experience is preferred, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Machine operator experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (will certify in-house).
• Ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify, confirm, and prioritize work to be performed.
• Set up machinery and perform tool changes as needed.
• Ability to perform changeovers.
• Load programs/inputs into the machine control.
• Operators perform daily PMs on machinery and equipment used.
• Use proper tools on the machine.
• Bunch, label, and stage parts for the next manufacturing process.
• Perform and record daily preventative maintenance on machines.
• Practice exceptional housekeeping.
• Understand lock out, tag out.
