Job summary

Reifel Industries is seeking a Dip Spin / Plating Operator for the 2nd shift to operate and monitor coating and plating equipment, ensuring quality and process control. Training on the 1st shift for two weeks is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and quality alerts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation/personal vehicle required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen during probation and random testing per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot E-Coat and plating equipment.
• Inspect parts before and after coating for quality, coverage, and adhesion.
• Identify, tag, and separate non-conforming parts.
• Respond to quality alerts and adjust processes accordingly.
• Maintain production, chemical, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; keep area clean and organized.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
