Job summary

Springfield Remanufacturing Corp (SRC) is seeking a hands-on 1st Shift Parts Cleaner to support our production line. You will operate small machinery and hand tools, clean parts, and prep surfaces under supervision to meet quality standards.

The role offers ESOP, weekly pay, strong health benefits, paid vacation/holidays and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. Shift is Monday–Friday 4:45 AM–3:15 PM with some Saturday overtime; Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
• Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
• Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
• Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
• Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
