Job summary

AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced 2nd shift Machine Operators. You could be working with equipment ranging from Brake Presses, Lasers, or even automated Presses.

Pay starts at $18/hour plus a $2/hr shift differential. Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 3:00PM-1:30AM with occasional Fridays. Join our team to operate and inspect machines, read blueprints, and contribute to efficient production.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of blue print reading.
• Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine or tool to standard work.
• Interpret Blueprints to produce parts to print specification.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure quality checks.
• Assist team members to meet daily production goals.
• Promote AriensCore values and safety practices.
