Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator for a full-time, direct hire role in an industrial machining environment. The 2nd shift runs Monday-Thursday 3:00pm–1:00am, offering a 3-day weekend. Starting wage is $22-$25/hour with a $2/hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Metal fabrication experience is a huge plus.
• Machine operator experience required.
• Manual lathe experience a huge plus.
• Strong industrial math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for upcoming work orders.
• Set equipment to specification for each job.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints as needed.
• Make equipment adjustments as required.
• Finish prep for completed jobs.
