Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator for a full-time, direct hire role in an industrial machining environment. The 2nd shift runs Monday-Thursday 3:00pm–1:00am, offering a 3-day weekend. Starting wage is $22-$25/hour with a $2/hour shift premium.

• 1-2+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Metal fabrication experience is a huge plus.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for preparing raw materials for upcoming work orders, setting the equipment to specification for each job, reading and interpreting work orders and blueprints (when necessary), equipment adjustments as needed, and finishing prep for completed jobs. The position will be based in an industrial machining environment.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The standard 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am so enjoy a 3-day weekend! Starting wage is $22-$25/hour + $2/hour shift premium.
