Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective foam solutions, is hiring a Machine Operator in Lancaster, Ohio. You will work under the Floor Supervisor and gain hands-on experience with EPS manufacturing processes.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with pay of $16 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, FSA/HSA, vacation and holidays. The ideal candidate is hardworking, at least 18, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Operate hot wire cutting lines with efficient, consistent workflow.
• Stretch wrap bundles and palletize as needed.
• Track block numbers and ensure proper labeling.
• Use tape measures and rulers for measurements.
• Adapt to moving between production lines as required.

Position: Machine Operator

Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay: $ 16.00 hr

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
