Job summary

Alleguard, Inc. in Monticello, AR is seeking a 2nd Shift Utility Operator to support production and repack operations, moving materials by hand or with pallet jacks and forklifts, and assisting with glue and poly machines and labeling.

The position is full-time, on site at our Monticello facility, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and a starting pay of $14 USD per hour. Benefits include medical and vision insurance, basic life and AD&D, and opportunities for growth within our protective foam

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material and equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies and practices
• Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area
• Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control
• Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities
• Follow environmental and safety policies
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and instruction of environmental and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned

Position: 2nd Shift Utility Operator

Job Summary

Support the production and repack operations through the physical movement of products. Move other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers by hand or using manual pallet jack, forklift, or other equipment as assigned. Help maintain cut tables, run glue and poly machines. Label and package materials along with running grinders.

Pay

$14 USD/hr

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
