Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Must obtain PA LPN licensure within one year if holding an active temporary practice permit.
• PA residency requirement is waived for this title.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and support basic physical care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments under supervision following written orders.
• Use positive communication techniques during daily interactions and crisis situations.
• Help maintain a clean, safe living area for patients.
• Assist with patient programs, therapies, and routine treatment plan tasks.
• Observe patient behavior and report changes clearly in writing and speech.
