Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for three full-time 2nd‑shift openings in a long-term care setting in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. You will provide hands-on resident care as part of a nursing team focused on safety, communication, respect, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include daily resident care, ADLs, vital signs, and medication adherence. You will work 2:45 PM-11:15 PM, enjoy 30‑minute lunch, and participate in orientation with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active PA license.
• Must meet all state and facility requirements for long-term care.
• Strong commitment to resident safety, dignity and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living, skin care, meals and routine care.
• Record vital signs and resident responses; follow medication policies.
• Carry out physician orders accurately and communicate resident information clearly.
