Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC seeks a Shift Coordinator - LOM to lead logistics associates, material handlers, and operations during a shift. Under daily leadership routines, you ensure safe work practices, maintain standards, manage handovers, and resolve discrepancies to keep material flow on time.

You will be accountable for inbound/outbound accuracy, inventory control, and reporting on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• SAP experience preferred.
• Team leadership experience.
• Team leadership experience > 3 years.
• Problem solving and time management.
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
• High school Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8hrs.
• Ability to lift (up to) 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritization and accountability of duties for LOM associates during assigned shift.
• Order, Make, Deliver Functions required for maintaining warehouse operations.
• Daily Leadership Review and shift hand over responsibility
• Inbound, Outbound, Pick, Put-Away and Deliver accuracy
• Inventory Control
• Safety & Quality: Enforce safety standards and promote adherence.
