Job Description

The Shift Coordinator - LOM is responsible for leading all logistics associates, material handlers, and operations during a designated shift.Operating underDaily Leadership Routines (dDLR), this role is accountable for executing safe work practices, maintaining BPS standards (Standardized Work, 5S, and Point CIP), managing shift-to-shift handovers, resolving operational discrepancies to ensure seamless, on-time material flow, and the validation of goods receipt and shipping accuracy.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Operations:

• Provide Weekly reporting on safety and quality concerns departmental costs related to safety.

• New Hire training and onboarding systems


• Support standardization of work instructions, safety procedures, and training materials through operator adherence.
