Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a Shift Coordinator - LOM to lead logistics associates and ensure safe, on-time material flow, including validation of receipts and shipping accuracy. The role focuses on daily shift leadership, handovers, and adherence to 5S and standardized work.

You will oversee inbound/outbound operations, accuracy in picking and delivering, and supervise supermarket execution with emphasis on inventory control and safety.

Qualifications

• SAP experience preferred
• Microsoft experience
• Team leader experience (>3 years)
• Lean logistics experience
• Problem solving and time management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to motivate others
• High school Diploma or GED from an accredited school
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8hrs
• Ability to lift (up to) 40lbs

Responsibilities

• Prioritization and accountability of duties for LOM associates during assigned shift.
• Order, Make, Deliver Functions required for maintaining warehouse operations.
• Daily Leadership Review and shift hand over responsibility
• Inbound, Outbound, Pick, Put-Away and Deliver accuracy
• Supermarket execution
• Inventory Control
• Enforce safety standards and promote adherence.
• Manage quality hold items and release items
• Provide Weekly reporting on safety and quality concerns departmental costs related to safety.
