Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet production and customer demands.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and verification.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in the warehouse.
