Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping processes, and receiving procedures.
  • Experience using WMS or ERP systems; inventory management software preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials, finished goods, and inbound shipments while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, employee development, and customer service.
