Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles in Augusta, GA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the 2nd shift to ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials. You will use scanning devices and SAP to verify packing lists, assign inbound materials, and support inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; ACT WorkKeys NCRC Bronze level or higher.
• 2+ years warehousing experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld scanning device, computer, or tablet.
• Identify all items with receiving documents and labels.
• Notify procurement or shipper of discrepancies on packing lists.
• Maintain communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system (SAP) errors related to receiving and allocation.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor hot material movements between campuses and finalize transactions.
• Allocate inbound materials to locations such as warehouse and assembly line.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
