Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the 2nd shift to support receiving, inventory control, and material flow at our Augusta, GA facility. Responsibilities include using a handheld device or SAP, matching packing lists, notifying discrepancies, and assisting in loading and unloading as needed to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, NCRC Bronze+ preferred.
• Minimum 2 years warehousing experience; receiving/stock handling preferred.
• Experience with SAP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld device, computer, or tablet for receiving.
• Identify items with proper receiving documents and labels.
• Notify procurement or shipper of discrepancies on packing lists.
• Maintain communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related errors affecting receiving and allocation.
• Meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor hot material movements between campuses and finalize transactions.
• Allocate inbound materials to location (warehouse, assembly line, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand held scanning device, computer, or tablet.
• Identify all items with appropriate receiving documents and labels.
• Notify procurement or shipper of any discrepancies on packing lists.
• Maintain open communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve any errors and exceptions in the system (SAP) that revolve around receivingand allocation.
• Perform to an established methods and standards; meeting or exceeding the departments safety, quality andproductivity goals.
• Monitor all "hot" material movement between campuses and ensure all transactions are completed.
• Allocate inbound materials to their proper location including the warehouse, assembly line, and additional locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) at the Bronze level or higher.

Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, warehousing experience preferred

Software Knowledge: SAP experience preferred
