Cummins Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator III for the 2nd Shift in York, SC. You will lead shipping and packaging on the floor, coordinate outbound loads, and monitor trailer availability to ensure on-time delivery and efficient product flow.

The role requires a strong understanding of logistics, warehousing operations, and compliance, with a focus on collaboration, data-driven decision making, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
• Two-year university degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics management.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and packaging activities on the floor, monitor workflow and ensure priorities are met.
• Monitor trailer availability, dock utilization, and loading/unloading to maintain efficient flow.
• Coordinate preparation, packaging, staging, and shipment of outbound loads to customer/s and facility.
• Monitor outbound shipments and identify delays or issues impacting schedules.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and elevate when additional resources are needed.

Education
