Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the Pendergrass Service Center on the 2nd shift (6:00pm–4:45am). You will manage dock operations, coordinate with forklift operators, and prepare shipping documents to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 2+ years in a warehouse) and strong customer service skills. You will collaborate with carriers, and internal teams to meet KPIs and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate docks for inbound/outbound shipments on 2nd shift (6:00pm–4:45am).
• Coordinate with Shift Leads and forklift operators for pallets and materials movement.
• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders; report discrepancies.
