Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is seeking a Loader/Unloader for a highly physical, fast-paced role that keeps healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently. You will load/unload trucks, handle regulated waste, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily schedules.

This full-time, on-site 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM) position offers benefits from day one and requires consistent, dependable performance with strong teamwork to ensure timely transports.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers

• Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week
• Competitive salary – This position is offering a set non-negotiable $19.00 per hour
