Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH, is seeking a Loader/Unloader to load and unload trucks, assist in packing customer orders, and prepare outgoing orders for transport at our medical waste treatment facility. The role requires lifting 55 lbs, operating a forklift, and maintaining accurate paperwork while working with a team.

The position offers full-time hours, with a 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and benefits from day one, including sick and vacation leave.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and hand trucks.
• Ability to weigh and process paperwork accurately.
• Collaborative team player with reliable work history.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers.
• Drive forklift and operate hand trucks after training.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and push a heavy cart.
• Maintain attention to paperwork for processing items.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely scheduling.
• Demonstrate reliability and longevity with employers.
• Overtime opportunities and consistent shifts.
• Work Monday–Friday on 1st shift, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
