Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Loader/Unloader for our Stow, OH facility. You will load and unload trucks, weigh waste, and prepare orders for transport while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Training is provided for forklift operation, and teamwork is essential to meet daily schedules. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a stable schedule including considerations for overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated waste.
• Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing orders for transport.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks (training provided).
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
