You will work as part of a team, follow the load sheet, and arrange merchandise by weight, size, and type to meet production goals.

This role requires alertness to quality standards, ability to lift up to 20 lbs, push carts up to 300 lbs, and willingness to work weekends with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.
• Shift may include weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Build loads one day ahead using the load sheet.
• Load products in order by weight, size, type.
• Identify and segregate mats not meeting quality standards.
• Monitor merchandise for quality control.
• Move carts safely and follow safety standards.
• Inform supervisor of shortages per reporting process.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
