Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following the days production plan.
• Must be able to meet attendance schedule.
• Shift work with potential weekends.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Becomes familiar with load sheet and builds loads one day ahead.
• Follows load building guidance and loads products by weight, size, and type.
• Identifies and segregates mats not meeting quality standards.
• Monitors merchandise not meeting quality standards.
• Operates safely with carts up to 300 lbs.
• Notifies supervisor of shortages per process.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
