Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a team member for an industrial laundry facility. You will handle merchandise, fold textiles, and ensure accuracy in quantity and grouping while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

The role requires good math, reliable attendance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hands-on position in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong verbal and/or written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Stage cart in lift table, secure safety chain, and raise the table.
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
• Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting quality standards (rips, tears, stains).
• Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundles by type.
• Place bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
• Maneuver full and empty baskets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and observe best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
