Vestis is seeking a warehouse associate to join our industrial laundry team. You will perform duties to ensure safe, expeditious handling of merchandise, including folding linen and verifying quantities, while maintaining a clean work environment. The role requires reliability and the ability to work with others on a schedule that may include weekends.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to training, and basic math skills to support accurate processing of merchandise across North America.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility.
• Safely and accurately handles merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
• Stage cart in lift table, secure safety chain, and raise the table.
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
• Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting quality standards (rips, tears, stains).
• Verify merchandise quantity and bundles by type; place in correct storage bins or shelves.
