Job summary

You will manage inventory, optimize TAKT times, and lead Lean initiatives across multiple lines while coordinating with quality and engineering teams.

The role requires experience in lean manufacturing, welding, and fabrication, with strong skills in scheduling, ERP/PDM systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments and TAKT time optimization.
• Welding and fabrication knowledge is required.
• Ability to monitor schedules, metrics, and takt progress.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP/PDM/PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly of M-B vehicles, attachments, and sub-components.
• Maintain minimal inventories to meet daily requirements and ensure parts on hand.
• Reduce operating costs by managing timekeeping, efficiency, and up-to-date job standards.
• Collaborate with assembly lines and quality to identify defects and resolve issues.
