Lake Air Products is seeking a 2nd shift Lead Press Brake Operator to guide and support the Press Brake department. You will lead daily operations, set up equipment, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while mentoring operators and promoting safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of press brake experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a track record of teamwork and integrity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Press Brake experience.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support operators.
• Knowledge of ISO and company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the Press Brake department to meet production goals and on-time delivery.
• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal as per blueprints.
• Assign jobs, coordinate workflow, and ensure materials and tools are ready for teams.
