Qualifications

• The applicant must have at least six months of lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor shoulder cuts, debone mechanical issues, and meat supply.
• Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.
• Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.
• Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.
• Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.
