Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. is seeking a Lead Person for the 2nd shift in Crawfordsville, Indiana. This role will oversee shift operations under the Shift Supervisor and assist with assignments, setup, and problem resolution to keep production on schedule.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs., familiarity with gas-powered forklifts, safety awareness, and the ability to read schedules and labels. Full-time hours, with a 2nd shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, then 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and understand written schedules, labels, packing lists, and company policies.
• Ability to count and understand percentages.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, push, walk, bend and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing shift operations under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.
• Assist in employee work assignments and determine absences at stations.
• Help set up machines or lines to run scheduled product and ensure supplies are available.
