Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. Crawfordsville is seeking a Material Handler with forklift certification to safely load and unload pallets, move inventory through the warehouse, and maintain accurate stock records.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work across departments. Responsibilities include daily forklift operation, inventory checks, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure timely loading/unloading of trucks while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Forklift experience of at least 1 year is expected.
• Forklift certification is preferable.
• Shipping/receiving experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload pallets and transport stock within the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and relocate inbound/outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Perform light maintenance and safety checks on forklifts.
• Follow instructions and work across departments as needed.
