West Village Post Acute is seeking a Laundry Aide for full-time 2nd shift in Greenville, SC. You will collect, launder, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens, ensuring cleanliness and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens.
• Ensure resident laundry is returned accurately and in a timely manner.
• Label and organize resident clothing as needed.
• Maintain adequate linen inventory throughout the facility.
• Inspect laundry items for damage, stains, or excessive wear.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assist other environmental services tasks as needed.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and staff.
