Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a Laser Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will operate cutting-edge Amada Laser systems and ensure high-quality parts production in a precision-driven environment.

The 2nd shift runs from 3pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $21-$26 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to work with advanced laser technology and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to operate standard manufacturing software.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication with supervisors and engineers.
• Safety policies must be followed and safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada Laser and peripheral systems per SOPs.
• Perform operator-level preventive maintenance daily/weekly/monthly.
• Load programs and maintain production documentation.
• Handle laser materials (load/unload steel, aluminum, other materials).
• Assist with part break-out and prototype work as needed.
• Communicate laser status to Supervisors and Engineers.
• Troubleshoot laser-related issues with Engineering.
• Maintain safe work practices at all times.
