Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Lab Attendant for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am) in Manassas, VA. The role supports lab operations, security, and visitor management within a classified environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. Regular Sunday work is required, with full-time hours and workplace safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Reliable, disciplined self-starter capable of working under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the lab.
• Greet/escort guests throughout the lab.
• Support program and site security as required.
• Ensure security paperwork exists for all visitors.
• Complete and maintain lab visitor forms for all visitors.
• Keep the database up to date with security access information.
• Input movement of parts through the lab using a web-based tool.
• Coordinate with security and others on tours through the lab.
• Ensure that electronic devices are not brought into the lab.
• Adhere to all customer security and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to the customer’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct guidelines.
• Scan inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
