Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a laboratory technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. You will document data, support scientific results, and keep the lab running with proper housekeeping and safety practices.

The role involves maintaining equipment, reviewing SOPs, and ensuring accuracy in data documentation. A high school diploma with at least 1 year in a lab is expected; a science degree is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a laboratory.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Basic skills with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in process, finished goods, and stability per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, identify malfunctions, and perform simple repairs or coordinate repairs as needed.
• Review and update standard operating procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.
• Review test data, calculations and results for accuracy and completion.
