Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a laboratory technician to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods and stability studies. You will document results per GLP and maintain lab equipment to prevent downtime.

The role requires high school completion with at least one year in a lab; a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is preferred, and experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a laboratory.
• Basic skills with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific related field (Chemistry, Biology, Analytical, etc.).
• Experience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in process, finished goods, and stability per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, identify malfunctions, and perform simple repairs or coordinate repairs as needed.
• Review and update standard operating procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.
• Review test data, calculations and results for accuracy and completion.
