Job summary

Heil Environmental in Fort Payne, AL is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift to manage parts inventory, perform 5S improvements, and support replenishment processes. You will work with a team to optimize storage layouts, label bins, and maintain accurate data in JDE.

The role requires forklift experience, basic Excel skills, and teamwork. The candidate must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand general arithmetic; read and understand instructions; use PC-based applications including Mainstar and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with JDE data entry is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control parts inventory and item branch setups in JDE.
• Drive a forklift and pass certification.
• Enter and maintain data in JDE to support automated replenishment.
• Prepare for physical inventories and audit cells for KPIs.
