Job summary

Heil Environmental in Fort Payne, AL is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support our 2nd shift operations. You will manage parts inventory, perform 5S organization, and maintain JDE data to enable automated replenishment.

The role requires teamwork, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This position is based in Fort Payne and involves working with a team to ensure accurate stock levels, prepare for physical inventories, and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with PC-based applications including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 40 lb repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control parts inventory and item branch setups in JDE.
• 5S the parts storage locations within each cell.
• Enter and maintain data for replenishment in JDE.
• Prepare for physical inventories and audit cells for KPIs.
