Heil Environmental, part of Environmental Solutions Group, is hiring a Materials Associate for 1st shift in Fort Payne, AL. You will unload trucks, check in material, and transfer items to production areas using a forklift and RFGen for inventory control.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read and follow instructions, and the stamina to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with potential forklift certification and PC literacy across MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Requires basic arithmetic; able to read and write clearly.
• Able to follow verbal or written instructions and use PC-based applications.
• Forklift driving; certification may be required; physical stamina for lifting.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and verify material against packing slips.
• Transfer material from Receiving to production with forklift.
• Assist in inventory preparation and conducting physical counts.
• Use RFGen system to log and track inventory locations.
• Read and interpret packing slips accurately for stock transfers.
• Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and perform related duties as needed.
