Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Charlotte, NC seeks a Storeroom Attendant for daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory. The role is contract-based with 2nd shift (2p–11:30p), training on 1st shift, and mandatory overtime on some Saturdays.

Prior stocking experience is preferred and US citizenship is required. Responsibilities include unloading, labeling, data entry, cycle counts, and assisting with inventory control.

Qualifications

• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, manuals and procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude; MS-Office familiarity and quick learning of systems.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and stores incoming product and materials; checks for damage.
• Sorts, labels, and places items on racks or shelves per codes.
• Issues items to site personnel; maintains records of issued items.
• Enters stock data into systems to track inventory; investigates discrepancies.
• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventories.
• Delivers tools and equipment to work sites; supports with general reception tasks.
