Job summary

ChampionX in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Inventory Controller, 2nd shift, to manage shipping/receiving, in-plant inventory, and ERP transactions. You’ll support cycle counts, staging for assembly, and coordinate parts with local machine shops to maintain material flow.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving function for incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Inventory management for parts and finished goods.
• Inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Staging of parts for the assembly operation.
• Coordinate orders with local machine shops for critical inventory needs.
• Material transfers, both physically and in the system.
• Arrange outgoing shipments to field operations teams.
