Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm). You will supervise inventory control and warehouse operations, drive accuracy, and lead a motivated team to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, possibly on weekends.

Responsibilities

Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet commitments.
Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance.
Monitor work quality, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to achieve objectives.
Resolve employee concerns and enforce policies; foster a positive work environment.
Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.
