Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for our California facility. The role requires guiding a team through daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements on a second shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm).

You will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient performance, coordinate staffing, and uphold quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting overall supply chain objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily activities and staffing to meet customer and company commitments.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and operational success.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards and deliver excellent service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Address employee concerns and uphold workplace standards.
